Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Facility :

As of now our store is opened only for a few countries which are INDIA, UK, AUSTRALIA, USA, IRELAND, CANADA, GERMANY, SOUTH AFRICA, SINGAPORE, FRANCE & NEW ZEALAND. If you want equipments to get shipped to some other country then please give us an email regarding your requirement at "info@playersstop.com" and we would be happy to get your orders completed. All Parcels are posted through big shipping companies like DHL, TNT, ARAMEX, UPS, FEDEX,(Dehlivery, DTDC, BLUE DART, FIRST FLIGHT, GATI, ECOM, OVERNITE EXPRESS in INDIA) with tracking facility available on all parcels so that you can check the status of your shipments at any given time. All Parcels are dispatched using first class express courier service. We dispatch the orders within 2 business days after getting the receipt of complete payment. All Parcels are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after placing the orders, exact time duration may vary depending upon the customer destination country. Its highly rare that you receive the shipments after 7 business days; In very unavoidable circumstances such as National holidays, Climatic disasters, Custom checking & exact specifications required by you being not stocked may delay your orders for a couple of days, in any such scenario we will keep you inform about the exact situation well in advance either directly calling you or by emailing you.


Return and Refund Policy :

If the product was delivered to you was damaged or not working (dead) then we will take the return and immediately provide the same new product at no extra cost, we have 7 Days Replacement policy in case of unused products. Defective items will be replaced with same model new product. If a wrong product is received due to Playersstop mistake then that must be returned in an original condition as received in an unused condition with all seals/tags intact. If required we will process the refunds in the same mode of payment you choose while making the payment. .

Playersstop.com will not process Refunds/Returns for incorrect purchases, used products, better price available, not like the quality, Ordered in Error, customized the product as per own requirement, the wrong size selected, sealed open, broken tags, more expiry required or change of mind.

Important - Please open the package in front of Courier Delivery Boy and check for complete content of the product and damages. If there is any theft or damage, do not accept the parcel and do not sign the courier POD. In case, courier doesn't allow opening of package without signing POD, sign the POD, take the parcel but ask the courier to stay back to check the parcel in front of him and if any issue is found put the proper comment below your signature. If customer fail to do so, any claim regarding missing or damaged item will not be entertained. Regarding Damaged Items in transit you have 48 hrs to inform us about the same and Regarding manufacturing defective item you have 7 Days to inform us about the same with proof.
1. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
2. Returns on used products will not be accepted.
3. Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us and your claim verified.
4. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 3 days of receipt by us of the original product/good.
5. All Healthcare, Beauty, Supporters products are non-returnable.
6. Refund on an order will be done once, there are no Multiple Refunds on a single order.
7. If Return/Replacement approved due to not our mistake, then you need to send through own courier at own expenses.
8. Bulk Quantity orders are not eligible for any return or refund.
9. If Replacement/Store Credit is processed then that can only be processed once and not more than that.


Note About Damaged Bats :

A very small percentage of bats sold are liable to crack under the massive stresses which take place when the ball hits the willow. This is why it is very important that you should take care when playing with your bat for the first time, you MUST ensure you have knocked in your bat, especially on the sides and on the bottom. Even if a bat is described as ready-to-play you should take care when using it in its infancy.... (It is usual for a cricket bat to have many minor cracks in the face.) Unfortunately we do receive bats back from customers who have mis-treated their bat, and if the manufacturer recognizes this, they will return the bat to the customer untouched. If a bat is returned to us and the manufacturer agrees there is a fault with the bat, they will then either fix or replace the damaged bat. Returns can take up to 4 weeks to repair or replace. If you do feel your bat has cracked or split and that there is a flaw with the willow please returns it to the given address on mail with a note explaining what happened. If the bat is over 2 months old, you will have little or no case for replacement. If the manufacturer found that the bat was mistreated then one side of shipping charge will charge by buyer. In case if the wrong product is shipped to buyer then shipping charge is all bear by us.
