Shipping and Returns Policy
1. Shipping Facility :
As of now our store is opened only for a few countries which are INDIA, UK, AUSTRALIA, USA, IRELAND, CANADA, GERMANY, SOUTH AFRICA, SINGAPORE, FRANCE & NEW ZEALAND. If you want equipments to get shipped to some other country then please give us an email regarding your requirement at "firstname.lastname@example.org" and we would be happy to get your orders completed. All Parcels are posted through big shipping companies like DHL, TNT, ARAMEX, UPS, FEDEX,(Dehlivery, DTDC, BLUE DART, FIRST FLIGHT, GATI, ECOM, OVERNITE EXPRESS in INDIA) with tracking facility available on all parcels so that you can check the status of your shipments at any given time. All Parcels are dispatched using first class express courier service. We dispatch the orders within 2 business days after getting the receipt of complete payment. All Parcels are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after placing the orders, exact time duration may vary depending upon the customer destination country. Its highly rare that you receive the shipments after 7 business days; In very unavoidable circumstances such as National holidays, Climatic disasters, Custom checking & exact specifications required by you being not stocked may delay your orders for a couple of days, in any such scenario we will keep you inform about the exact situation well in advance either directly calling you or by emailing you.
Return Policy :
Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
Any item returned must be in a satisfactory condition. A full refund will be applied
to your original purchase for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these
conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to
us in satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items. If
you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund the
delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us. Otherwise you will
be responsible for those charges incurred you will also be liable for costs for
any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example
"knocking in" and any delivery costs incurred by us. Please note that you will be
responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item
to you in error or the item is faulty. Sometimes customized requirement will me
take time depend due to a manufacturing unit. It does all depend on your customization
and a quantity.
We deal almost 100% in fresh stocks & latest models but all big manufacturers regularly make changes to their equipments and in such condition if we are not stocked with the model (older version) as displayed in our website we will provide you with the latest version available of the same model. Colors of The Product Might Appear Slightly Different On Digital Devices.
Defective items will be replaced. Playersstop.com will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.
1. You must notify us within a reasonable time (generally within 48 hours after you have received the product) after you become aware that you got a defective product. Please contact us through email or via the help centre. Once contact we will indicate to you what the best way to return any products. We may not accept products returned without a Return Authorisation Number.
2. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
3. Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us and your claim verified.
4. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 14 days of receipt by us of the original product/good.
5. We do not refund, repair or replace where in our reasonable opinion the product/good becomes unmerchandisable due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Products/Goods damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may make a claim under transit insurance.
Note About Damaged Bats :
A very small percentage of bats sold are liable to crack under the massive stresses which take place when the ball hits the willow. This is why it is very important that you should take care when playing with your bat for the first time, you MUST ensure you have knocked in your bat, especially on the sides and on the bottom. Even if a bat is described as ready-to-play you should take care when using it in its infancy.... (It is usual for a cricket bat to have many minor cracks in the face.) Unfortunately we do receive bats back from customers who have mis-treated their bat, and if the manufacturer recognizes this, they will return the bat to the customer untouched. If a bat is returned to us and the manufacturer agrees there is a fault with the bat, they will then either fix or replace the damaged bat. Returns can take up to 4 weeks to repair or replace. If you do feel your bat has cracked or split and that there is a flaw with the willow please returns it to the given address on mail with a note explaining what happened. If the bat is over 2 months old, you will have little or no case for replacement. If the manufacturer found that the bat was mistreated then one side of shipping charge will charge by buyer. In case if the wrong product is shipped to buyer then shipping charge is all bear by us.
